For those who prefer to attend yoga classes in person:

Jill is offering them at the Qualicum Beach Community Hall on Mondays at 11:30 and Fridays at 11.

Margaret and Bonnie are offering them at the Qualicum Beach Civic Center on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10 a.m.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong


Here are some suggestions to get the most benefit from this 40-minute class.

(1) Prepare your space. An appropriate chair and space to at least swing your arms around

     yourself.

(2) Put on some soft appropriate music.

(3) Spend at least five minutes doing a relaxation exercise that works for you before the class.

(4) Spend at least five minutes after the class sitting and taking in the energy you have

      cultivated.

(5) If you have technological issues, please contact Pat Weber as I won't be able to answer

     these questions during the class.

Note: Riva West is currently taking a break but will be inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting

in the near future.
